Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located at Iconic Fitness in Panchkula. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities include evaluating sales data, building client relationships, conducting market research, overseeing sales processes, and addressing client needs to drive membership growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development experience, including a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Team Leadership and Staff Management skills
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Negotiation skills
• Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
• Proficiency in CRM Software and Sales Tools
• Experience in fitness or wellness industry preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Panchkula and availability to meet requirements of the role
