We are looking for a dynamic candidate with experience in Hotel Sales.


The role will involve developing and managing a strong network with Corporate Managers, Travel Agents, Wedding / Event Planners, Location consultants, Film production houses, and more.


* Opening for is Gurgaon location


* Working Days 6 Full time (from Office)

Responsibilities


  • Identify new revenue generation / sales business opportunities to achieve revenue goals
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts and rates with clients
  • Understand the overall market, including competition, economic trends, supply and demand etc. and develop a strategy to sell against them
  • Pitch to corporate clients and work on B2B Sales using travel agents, event planners, location consultants, etc
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business
  • Participate in the development of the annual budget and sales plan
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the business and offerings
  • Manage and provide guidance to a sales / reservations & revenue team
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure overall functioning
  • Coordinating with various stake-holders as necessary
  • Weekly management reporting


Qualifications


  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred


Office location:


Daily reporting would be at our office Sector -48, Gurgaon


Working Hours & Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 6 days a week. Since we are a hospitality company, weekly off's are not on weekends. The candidate will be given the option to choose a weekly off between Monday - Thursday at the time of appointment. Only Candidate's who are willing to take up added responsibility, and be a part of a fast growing start up should apply.
