Job Description

Position Overview:

The Sales Manager & Sales Executive will play a critical role in generating revenue by identifying and converting leads into customers for Purva Streaks - Interior design company from Puravankara. This individual will focus on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and converting them to business.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.

Schedule meetings and presentations to showcase interior solutions.

Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, developers, and business partners.

Understand client requirements and recommend interior solutions that align with their needs and budgets.

Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams during project execution.

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Stay updated on companys product and service offerings.

Coordinate with marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and events.

Key Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Persuasive selling and negotiation abilities.

Basic understanding of interior design concepts is a plus.
