Job Description
Position : Branch Sales Manager
Location : Visakhapatnam
Must have : Exp.,in FMCG/dairy sales., and Min. 3 yrs of exp in dairy during career
Responsibilities
- Expand distribution network, appoint distributors/retailers/HHPs
- Coordinate with plant, logistics, and sales teams for efficient supply
- Ability to achieve sales targets and drive market expansion
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements
- Provide market feedback, competitor activity, and demand trends.
Key skills required
- Strong distributor and channel management experience
- Good understanding of supply chain, demand planning
- Team handling and leadership skills
- knowledge of sales MIS, reporting dashboards, and market analysis
Qualifications
- MBA/ Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years' of sales experience
