Job Description

  • To     engage and source motor business from OEM dealership counters

        
  • Ensure     alignment of OEM Program guidelines at the dealership counter in     terms of rates, product coverages, sales process, claims

        
  • Ensure     mandated Transacting % and Activation % within the dealership     counter universe/span

        
  • Maximize     mobilization of business through regular engagement, activities     conducted at dealer counters

        
  • Achieve     the renewal retention % through close monitoring, regular follow ups     with dealership insurance team and executing specific

        
  • retention     activities

Trouble shooting with Operations for endorsements, Finance for commission disbursement, Motor Claims team for claim settlement
