Job Description

 IdenƟfy and moƟvate potenƟal candidates to enrol for becoming agents  AcƟvate cerƟfied agents through mobilizaƟon of minimum premium in sƟpulated Ɵme  Ensure familiarizaƟon of the company’s products, policies and sales processes to the agents  IdenƟfy, communicate and agree on the premium targets with agents on various class of business & geographical segment  Ensure lower dormancy raƟo of acƟve vs total agents.  Maximize mobilizaƟon through regular follow-ups & strengthening of relaƟonships with agents  Ensure constant updaƟng of agent’s knowledge on new products and underwriƟng policies  TroubleshooƟng with a) UnderwriƟng team for policy approval b) Branch operaƟons team for policy issuance c) claims team for claims seƩlement d) Finance team for Ɵmely disbursement of agent’s commission
