Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will lead sales activities, handle client relationships, develop strategic sales plans, and ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in business development initiatives. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Account Management, 5 years + minimum work experience needed.
- Experience in Team Leadership, Training, and Mentoring
- Proficiency in CRM Tools and Data Analysis
- Effective Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Presentation skills
- Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving abilities
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
