Role Overview
Recrivio is building a modern, compliant, and scalable payroll + HR services ecosystem for fast-growing companies. We are looking for a Global Payroll Sales Leader / Manager who can sell Recrivios payroll platform and managed payroll services to SMBs, mid-market, and enterprise clients across multiple geographies.
This role is ideal for someone who understands per-employee pricing, services margins, compliance-led selling , and can switch between volume-driven SMB sales and consultative enterprise deals .
What Youll Sell at Recrivio
- Payroll SaaS (India + multi-country roadmap)
- Managed Payroll Services (processing, compliance, filings)
- Statutory & Regulatory Compliance
- HR Ops Add-ons (attendance, leave, reimbursements, etc.)
- Partner-led Global Payroll / EOR (where applicable)
Pricing Model Exposure
- Per Employee Per Month (PEPM)
- Implementation / onboarding fees
- Compliance & services retainers
- Volume-based discounts for SMBs
- Custom commercial structures for enterprise accounts
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership
- Own end-to-end sales cycles for payroll solutions across SMB and enterprise segments
- Drive ARR + services revenue aligned with Recrivios PEPM pricing model
- Build predictable monthly recurring revenue (MRR) through payroll contracts
- Close high-volume SMB deals and high-value enterprise contracts
Regional Expansion & Partnerships
- Identify regional payroll opportunities in US, UK, GCC, APAC
- Work with local compliance partners for non-core geographies
- Enable cross-border payroll conversations (roadmap-aligned)
Required Experience & Skills
- 510+ years in Payroll / HRTech / Compliance / SaaS sales
- Experience selling services + software together
- Strong understanding of:
- Payroll compliance & statutory obligations
- PEPM pricing and services margin economics
- Proven ability to sell to SMB and Enterprise buyers
- Comfortable working across time zones & global clients

- Monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Net new logos (SMB)
- Average contract value (Enterprise)
- Sales cycle duration
- Expansion & upsell revenue
