Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager General Insurance based in Kochi, India. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the general insurance domain, engage with potential clients to understand their requirements, and create tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include setting and meeting sales targets, leading and mentoring a team, building strong client relationships, conducting market analysis, and contributing to business growth strategies. This role requires a proactive, result-oriented individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong sales and negotiation skills specifically within the general insurance domain
• Expertise in customer engagement techniques, relationship-building, and client handling
• Capable of analyzing market trends and creating competitive strategies
• Proven leadership skills, including team management and motivational capabilities
• Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• Proficiency in regional language(s) and English is a strong advantage
• Demonstrated experience in the general insurance industry will be highly regarded
