We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our construction/project funding vertical. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in project loan sales, especially within the real estate and construction sector. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-growth, performance-driven environment based in Andheri, Mumbai .

• Generate leads and close sales for construction/project loans
• Build and manage relationships with builders, developers, and real estate agents
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and disbursement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain updated knowledge of financial products and compliance requirements
  

• 23 years of relevant experience in construction/project funding
• Experience working with NBFCs, banks, or loan agencies is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Good understanding of Mumbais real estate market
