Job Description
- Develop and expand sales of fiber laser cutting, welding, and cleaning machines in the Eastern region.
- Identify potential customers in fabrication, automotive, steel, EPC, engineering, and MSME sectors.
- Generate leads through direct visits, digital marketing follow-ups, exhibitions, and references.
- Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, techno-commercial offers, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with the technical team for machine selection and application support.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Provide feedback for product improvement and marketing strategies.
- Strong knowledge of industrial machinery sales (laser cutting preferred).
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern India.
- Basic technical understanding of CNC / laser equipment preferred.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
- OR MBA (Marketing) with technical sales experience.
