Job Description
What youll do:
- Responsible for building and installing base market position by locating, developing, defining and where appropriate negotiating, and closing business relationships for sales channels, customers, utilties for Region West
- Develop and execute plans on a regional basis which result in a pipeline of profitable business in the short, medium, and long term which is consistent with the year-on-year profit plan in relation to Eatons MV Products, Services and Markets.
- Propose and establish Eaton products and Services for VCB/PSS/RMU and other MV products in Eatons portfolio for the western Region
- Responsible for the success for the performance and development of new and potential Customers and channel partners.
- Formulate and follow dedicated and focused Business Plans for new Markets/Market segments and develop and execute these in line with the profit plan.
- Provide timely feedback regarding performances of Channel/OEM sales with business feasibility, overview, and projection
- Proposes methodologies to grow the size of the market / market segments (standards, prescription, promotion).
- Has proactive pre-sales approach which includes projects follow up, project pipeline creation and continuation in order to build strong business opportunities and demand.
- Monitors the competition and analyzes competitors' action by market segments (strategy, marketing mix) works closely with Marketing for defining counter actions.
Qualifications:
- B.E. in Electrical
- 7-12 yrs
