Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager Domestic Staffing to drive business growth in the Indian market. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and expanding staffing services across IT and/or Non-IT domains. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience in staffing, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients for domestic staffing services (IT / Non-IT).
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Present staffing solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and decision-makers.
- Act as a single point of contact for key domestic clients.
- Understand client hiring needs and align staffing solutions accordingly.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Recruitment Coordination
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
- Share client requirements clearly and support recruiters during closures.
- Monitor fulfilment ratios, turnaround time (TAT), and overall delivery quality.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Provide insights to management for service improvement and expansion.
- Support branding and marketing initiatives for domestic staffing services.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain CRM and sales pipelines.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and revenue updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
- 510 years of experience in domestic staffing sales (IT or Non-IT).
- Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and staffing models (Contract, Permanent).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
Preferred Skills
- Existing client network in the Indian staffing market.
- Experience with MSP / RPO / volume hiring.
- Knowledge of ATS/CRM tools.
- Team handling or mentoring experience.
