Job Description: Sales Manager Solar Lighting

Experience Required:> 8 years experience(preferably in Solar / Electrical / Lighting Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in solar lighting, inverters, batteries, professional lighting, and Balance of System (BOS) for solar power plants. The candidate should have extensive experience in handling contractors, working with government departments, and managing liaisoning activities.

Key Responsibilities

1.Drive sales of solar lighting solutions, solar Panels, batteries Based at Sahibabad, Delhi NCR

2.Identify and develop new business opportunities in government projects, EPC contractors, and

institutional customers.

3.Achieve sales targets and expand market presence across assigned territories.

4.Manage business relationships with government departments, public sector undertakings (PSUs),

and municipal bodies.

5.Track government tenders, participate in bidding processes, and coordinate internal teams for submissions.

6.Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in government and semi-government organizations.

7.Build and maintain relationships with EPC contractors, electrical contractors, project developers, and system integrators.

8.Provide technical and commercial support to contractors for project execution.

9.Handle liaisoning with government authorities, consultants, and project stakeholders for approvals and smooth execution.

10. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities in solar infrastructure, public lighting projects, and renewable energy initiatives.

11. Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence updates.

12. Contribute to sales strategies and business growth plans.

Key Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics) or Business Management.
• B. Tech & MBA is preferred
• 8+ years of experience in sales within solar energy, electrical products, lighting solutions, or renewable energy sector.
