Job Description
Position Summary:
ManagerSalesin overseeing the sales and on-boarding operationsand administration of multiple co-working spaces within thecity, andwillbe responsible forP&L of the centres assigned. This role is vital in ensuring that our members have a seamless, productive, and community-oriented experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- SalesManagement:
- Supervise overall sales and marketingof all centresi.e.visibility of premises and lead generation, site visits, negotiations andon-boarding.adhereto high-quality standards and SOPs.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including member inquiries, space reservations, and billing support.
- Assistcentre teams with on boarding and renewals.
- Assistin regular audits of centres, create audit checklists, and report findings to the Senior Cluster Manager.
- Implement and follow up on corrective actions based on audit results.
- Ensure the centre teammaintainsorganized andaccuraterecords of memberships, services, and member feedback.
- Track and publishtimelyreports(MIS)on cluster performance, sales engagement, broker connections andestablishnetworks for new centre creations.
- Growth Strategy and Execution:
- Assistin promoting available office spaces and services to potential members.
- Conduct toursof the co-working spacefor prospective clients and communicate theHolisticvalueand benefits of all ourofferings.
- Creation andexecuting the Sales strategy as planned.
- Community Building & Engagement:
- Greet andOn-boardnew members, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to the co-working community.
- Ensure customers receive a standardized and professional Connekt experience across centres.
- Foster strong relationships with members, addressing their needs, and promoting a sense of belonging.
- Collaborate with marketing and community teams topromote events and initiatives among the members.
- Collect and analyse Customer Experience feedback and implement ways to improve.
- Actively build a sense of community within the cluster, encouraging collaboration and networking among members.
- Team Management:
- Assistthe manager in weekly updates or meetings with centres.
- Suitablyassistin recruitment and selection process of new team members, to ensure it is completed with TAT.
- Work closely with Centre leads on delivering regular training programs,and alsotoidentifyscope for improvement and re-training wherever necessary.
- Track centre-wise performance, publishtimelyreports and devise action plans for improvement.
- Introduce new initiatives for continuous improvement.
Educational Qualification:
- MBA orMasters degree in Business Administration or Management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- 5-6years of work experience, particularlyinoffice administration or operations.
- Experience inOperations, customer handling, multiple centre/ branchmanagementoradministration role,preferably in the hospitality or co-working or retail industry.
Skills Required:
- Goodinterpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities.

- Technical knowledge in basic building systems maintenance.
- Knowledge of MS-Excel& CRM
- Knowledge of housekeeping, hygieneprotocoland standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
