Sales Manager & Client Acquisition (WEDDINGS)

Myra Weddings is a luxury wedding planning and design company delivering end-to-end wedding experiences including dcor, planning, hospitality management, wedding invitations, and gifting solutions under one roof.

We are looking for a hands-on Wedding Sales Manager who will personally handle client enquiries, conduct consultations, and convert them into confirmed wedding bookings.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships with clients and closing high-value wedding projects.

Handle all incoming wedding enquiries from phone, website, social media, and referrals

Conduct initial consultation calls to understand client requirements

Gather key details such as:

• Wedding dates
• Guest count
• Location / venue
• Budget expectations
• Functions planned

Schedule and conduct client meetings (online or in person)

Present Myra Weddings services and wedding planning approach

Convert enquiries into confirmed wedding bookings

Build strong relationships with clients and guide them through the decision process

Handle client negotiations and closing discussions

Pitch and sell Myras integrated wedding services including:

Wedding dcor & design

Wedding invitations & boxes

Wedding gifting & hampers

Hospitality & guest management

Wedding planning & coordination

Work with internal teams to prepare wedding proposals and budgets

Coordinate with dcor designers, planners, and vendors to create customized proposals

Present proposals to clients and handle revisions

Work in structured systems to improve the enquiry-to-booking process:

Enquiry tracking formats

Proposal templates

Meeting structure

Follow-up workflow

CRM / lead management

46 years experience in wedding planning, event sales, hospitality sales, or luxury services

Experience in client consultations and closing deals

Good understanding of wedding vendors and services (venues, dcor, catering, entertainment, hospitality etc.)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and disciplined with follow-ups

Comfortable handling high-value wedding clients
