Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Catering Sales Manager to handle enquiries, meet clients, convert leads, and grow our catering business. The role requires strong communication, customer handling, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound catering enquiries
• Meet clients, suggest menus, and finalize bookings
• Prepare quotations and negotiate deals
• Maintain strong follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and delivery teams
• Maintain daily sales reports, payments, and client details
• Build partnerships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients

Requirements

• 2-10 years of experience in Catering / Hospitality / Banquet / Event Sales
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills
• Strong client-handling and relationship-building skills
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Languages: Tamil + English (must)
