Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager at Casagrand. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing sales teams, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. The individual will consistently meet targets, coordinate with internal teams, build customer relationships, oversee negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role entails market analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure customer needs are effectively addressed.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to manage end-to-end sales processes effectively.
- Experience in team leadership, including setting goals, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
- Proficiency in market research, customer relationship management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to meet sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive real estate market.
- Knowledge or experience in the real estate sector or a similar industry is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in technology tools and CRM systems for managing leads and sales processes.
