CAMSRep is looking for a driven Sales Professional to expand our footprint in the Indian insurance sector. You will identify new business, manage the full sales cycle for outsourcing and managed services, and build strategic relationships with Life, General, and Health insurers to achieve consistent revenue growth

You will identify new business, manage the full sales cycle for outsourcing and managed services, and build strategic relationships with Life, General, and Health insurers to achieve consistent revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Indian insurance dynamics (Life, General, and Health) with success in pitching solutions to providers.
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualifying opportunities to effective conversion.
- Track record of achieving annual revenue targets through proactive account management and business development.
- Understanding of insurance outsourcing (Back-office, Call centre, and Managed services) and Repository services.
- Experience in responding to RFPs and Tenders with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to identify customer pain points and suggest tailored enterprise solutions.
- Market-aware mindset with an understanding of competition and industry best practices.
- Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in using CRM solutions to manage sales pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline from a reputed institute and Masters degree in Business Management from a reputed institute
- 5 8 yrs experience with most recent 2 3 years in similar role
