Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing F&A Sales Manager for the US market to drive revenue growth by acquiring and expanding US-based clients. The role focuses on consultative selling of Finance & Accounting outsourcing, managed services, and finance transformation solutions to mid-market and enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities
US Market Sales & Growth
Own and grow the US market for Finance & Accounting outsourcing services
Prospect and close new US clients through outbound, inbound, and partner-led channels
Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, solutioning, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closure
Build a predictable and qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets
Client Engagement & Solution Selling
Engage with CFOs, Controllers, Finance Directors, and Business Owners in the US
Understand client finance operations, compliance requirements, and cost challenges
Position tailored F&A outsourcing and co-sourcing solutions
Lead client presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial discussions
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with delivery, solution, transition, and pricing teams
Ensure accurate scope definition, SLAs, KPIs, and commercials
Support smooth handover from sales to transition and delivery
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor US market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing benchmarks
Support go-to-market strategies and account-based selling initiatives
Build and manage strategic partnerships and referral networks

Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have
Proven track record selling F&A outsourcing / BPO services to US clients
Strong understanding of US GAAP, finance processes, and outsourcing delivery models
Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise US companies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with US stakeholders
Ability to work in US time zones and manage virtual client interactions
Good to Have
Prior experience working with US CFOs / Controllers
Exposure to SOX compliance and internal controls
Knowledge of ERPs and accounting platforms (NetSuite, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) Experience with offshore / nearshore delivery models
