About the role:
We are looking for a full-time dynamic Techno-Commercial Sales professionals, who are passionate to own the sales of IOT AI platform of Energy Monitoring, Automation & Controls (iBMS, CPM, CPO, ). The individual will be responsible for the sale of our platform and services to commercial building and industrial customers. The primary responsibility of the leader will be building customer relationships, driving new business, and delivering value-driven solutions. Prior experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT is essential. The leader shall also own the cycle of sales including lead generation, customer acquisition, and closing deals. Additionally, the individual would be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working with our engineering and project team to ensure customer satisfaction.

The Ideal candidate will have :
Specific requirements include:
5-10 years of proven B2B sales experience, including strong exposure to Building Management Systems (BMS) and IoT, along with experience in capital equipment, industrial sales, facility solutions, energy services, HVAC, or related industries.
Strong track record of achieving and scaling revenue targets.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in long-cycle, multi stakeholder environments.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers such as CXOs, consultants, and facility leaders.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Techno-commercial acumen to understand, generate leads, negotiations and sell automation-driven, energy efficiency solutions.
Desirable to have a comprehensive understanding of mechanical/electrical building infrastructure.
Can demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how you should monitor and address a buildings energy efficiency and measures that can be taken to improve them,
Oversee and advise on technical issues related to Building Management system (BMS), Energy Monitoring (EMS), Chiller Management system (CPM) and network integration and troubleshoot, including selection of components.
Desirable to have reading ability of schematic drawings related to electrical infrastructure and approving meter infrastructure design.
- Knowledge of IIoT, IoT, and BMS applications in Energy and HVAC
- Ability to collaborate with different teams, including Sales, R&D and Customer Service
- Strong communication and presentation skills to communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in the energy field is a plus
- Experience in a startup environment is a plus
- Fluency in English (Written and Spoken), knowledge of Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus
Awareness of sustainability and energy efficiency as a business value proposition.
