Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales processes, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify new business opportunities to generate revenue. Responsibilities will also include developing and implementing sales strategies, setting and achieving sales targets, collaborating with the design team to align client needs with project solutions, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer relationship management experience, including identifying client needs and managing client accounts
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build and nurture professional relationships
• Making estimation
• Experience in lead generation, market analysis, and business development strategies
• Project management capabilities to coordinate project timelines and align client requirements with design solutions
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines while maintaining a client-first approach
• Familiarity with the interior design industry or related fields is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
