Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager - Banquets & Catering at The Den, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will oversee the planning and execution of banquet and catering services, manage client relationships, identify and secure business opportunities, and coordinate with operations teams to ensure seamless events. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and maintaining high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Account Development
• Proficiency in Event Coordination, Banquet Operations, and Catering Services
• Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills
• Experience in planning strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM tools and hospitality management systems is a plus
• Understanding of market trends and customer preferences in the hospitality industry
• Leadership capabilities with an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or F&B sales will be an added advantage
