About the Role
We are looking for a high-performance Sales Manager to lead and scale our global B2B SaaS sales engine. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive inbound conversion excellence while building a strong outbound motion across international markets.
You will be responsible for improving conversion rates, enforcing sales process discipline, and building a predictable revenue system. This is not a passive reporting role it is an execution-focused leadership position with direct ownership of revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Conversion Ownership
Own the full funnel from Lead Demo Closed Won
Improve demo booking %, demo-to-win %, and forecast accuracy
Optimize speed-to-lead and follow-up cadence compliance
Identify where deals stall and implement corrective action
2. Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead daily stand-ups and weekly pipeline reviews
Coach team members on objection handling and deal progression
Maintain high accountability standards across the team
Step into critical deals and personally drive closures when needed
3. Outbound & Inbound Balance
Build and maintain a minimum 50/50 inboundoutbound revenue mix
Strengthen outbound strategy for enterprise and mid-market accounts
Ensure strategic multi-threading within global organizations
4. CRM & Process Discipline
Enforce 100% CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy
Monitor KPIs such as Speed-to-First Contact, Follow-up Cadence, and Win Rates
Improve pipeline visibility and forecasting reliability
5. Global Market Alignment
Adapt sales strategies across regions (US, LATAM, India, RoTW)
Understand cultural nuances and enterprise buying behavior
Drive consistency in messaging and execution across markets

Required Experience
4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales
At least 12 years in a Sales Leadership/Team Lead role
Experience selling to international markets (US, LATAM, Europe preferred)
Proven track record in outbound-driven revenue generation
Experience managing multi-region teams
Strong CRM expertise (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho)
Demonstrated success in improving team productivity and conversion rates
