Job Summary

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead Corporate and B2B2C sales for our Ayurveda & Healthcare portfolio. The role involves developing institutional partnerships, building corporate wellness programs, expanding B2B2C channels, and driving revenue growth through strategic alliances with healthcare providers, wellness centers,, herbal product manufacturers and corporate organizations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in healthcare or wellness sales, corporate tie-ups, and multi-channel distribution management.


Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Sales & Institutional Business

  • Identify and onboard corporate clients for employee wellness programs, bulk healthcare solutions, and preventive health packages.
  • Develop partnerships with HR departments, corporate wellness teams, and procurement heads.
  • Design customized Ayurveda-based wellness solutions for corporate clients.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationship building.

2. B2B2C Channel Development

  • Build partnerships with:
  • Ayurvedic clinics & doctors
  • Healthcare chains & Corporate companies
  • Online health platforms
  • Develop co-branded campaigns and joint promotional strategies.
  • Expand product reach through institutional networks that serve end consumers.
  • Drive product placement, visibility, and sell-through at partner locations.

3. Revenue & Strategy

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop territory-wise expansion strategies.
  • Forecast sales and manage P&L for assigned regions/accounts.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in Ayurveda & preventive healthcare.

4. Team & Channel Management

  • Lead and guide regional sales executives/channel managers.
  • Train partners on product knowledge and benefits of Ayurvedic formulations.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit control.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales analytics reporting.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of Ayurveda and herbal healthcare.
  • Proven experience in Corporate Sales and Institutional B2B2C model.
  • Strong network among corporates, hospitals, healthcare chains, and clinics.
  • Excellent negotiation and key account management skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
  • Ability to handle large-volume institutional deals.
  • Strong presentation and proposal development skills.


Educational Qualification

  • Bachelors degree in business / marketing.
  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) preferred.
