Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager - Proactive Sales (Prior Hotel Sales Experience in Mandatory)

The hotel offers 218 elegantly designed rooms and suites across six categories, along with five diverse dining experiences, including authentic Chinese, Thai, and traditional Indian cuisine. With a state-of-the-art convention center, a vibrant nightclub, an open-air swimming pool, and a luxurious spa, the hotel provides the perfect blend of business and leisure for todays discerning travelers.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager/Assistant Sales Manager - Proactive Sales, located in Bengaluru. The role involves proactively identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The role also includes creating and executing sales plans, conducting client visits, representing the hotel in industry and networking events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with the hotel's business goals.

• Proven experience in hotel sales and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights to drive sales
• Familiarity with sales tools, CRM software, and proficiency in relevant technology
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver excellent results under tight deadlines
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to achieve targets
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in proactive sales within the hospitality sector is mandatory
