We are looking for a driven Sales Manager with around 1 year of experience to support business growth through lead generation and client acquisition. The role involves working closely with senior sales leaders to build relationships with prospects across marketing and technology functions. You will identify opportunities, nurture leads, and contribute to sales channel development through a hands-on approach. A foundational understanding of digital solutions, strong communication skills, and a self-motivated, learning mindset are essential for success.


What You Will Do :

Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure

Drive new business acquisition and support account expansion revenue

Build and nurture client relationships across marketing and technology stakeholders

Lead discovery discussions, solution positioning, and value-based selling conversations

Support development of focused industry and go-to-market (GTM) strategies

Drive sales pitches, proposals, and commercial negotiations


Who You Are :

Collaborate closely with inside sales and delivery leadership to progress opportunities

1+ years of experience in digital, martech, or technology solution sales

Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, or similar

Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, or equivalent

Background in digital agencies, CX consultancies, or technology services environments

Experience engaging marketing stakeholders (CMO org); CIO exposure is a plus

Strong consultative, solution-oriented sales mindset

High energy, self-driven, and comfortable working in US shift timings.
