Hiring | Sales Manager Alternative Investment Funds (AIF Category III)

We are expanding our distribution team and are looking to hire an accomplished Sales Manager with a demonstrated track record of AIF deal closures , strong lead generation capability , and a deep understanding of the alternative investments ecosystem.

This is a front-end, revenue-critical role for a professional who can independently drive fundraising and build long-term investor relationships.

About the Role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for capital raising and distribution of our SEBI-registered AIF Category III strategies , engaging with sophisticated investors and intermediaries, and managing the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive fundraising and distribution for AIF products
  • Source, generate, and manage investor leads independently
  • Build and nurture relationships with HNIs, family offices, wealth managers, distributors, and advisors
  • Conduct investor presentations, product walkthroughs, and negotiations
  • Close investments and coordinate investor onboarding and documentation
  • Maintain a strong investor pipeline and CRM discipline
  • Support post-investment engagement and long-term relationship management
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in AIF sales and distribution (Category II / III preferred)
  • Demonstrated deal closure capability (mandatory)
  • Hands-on experience in lead generation and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Existing investor / distributor network preferred
  • High ownership, performance-driven mindset
