Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and overseeing the sales team. Other activities include developing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and achieving revenue targets. The Sales Manager will also partner with the technical support team to address client needs and provide tailored solutions for automation requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
- Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills
- Technical knowledge in pneumatics or engineering fields and the ability to understand and discuss technical solutions
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector is preferred
