You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships across three primary pillars:
We are looking for a specialist to drive growth across three key areas:
- Event Sponsorships: Crafting and pitching high-value sponsorship packages for live tours and festivals.
- Influencer Marketing: Turning a bands digital presence into a powerful engine for authentic brand storytelling.
- BTL Activations: Designing "Below The Line" on-ground experiences that resonate with fans and drive brand loyalty.
This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of music, events, and modern marketing.
- Remote First: Full Work-From-Home (WFH) options available.
- 4-Day Work Week: We prioritize productivity and mental well-being with a condensed work schedule.
- Creative Freedom: Direct influence on how brands and artists collaborate.
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and measure success
- Expertise in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships for creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships
- Demonstrated experience in Account Management to build, nurture, and retain partner relationships
- Excellent Communication skills for effective correspondence and collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a team in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Experience in the branding or services industries is a strong advantage
