Role Overview:

Seeking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and sponsorship sales for our conferences, events, and media platforms . This is a high-visibility role where you will work closely with the Founder and leadership team, owning end-to-end sales cycles and leveraging your C-level connects (especially CMOs in IT & Cybersecurity) contributing to company's positioning as a trusted partner for IT & cybersecurity leaders .



Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with senior marketing decision-makers.

Pitch events and offerings, tailoring proposals to client needs.

Work closely with the founder and internal teams to deliver sponsor commitments.

Manage the complete sales cycleprospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.

Keep accurate records of leads, conversations, and agreements.

Maintain long-term relationships to secure repeat business.

Leverage the existing CMO network to drive lead generation and secure sponsorship opportunities.



What Were Looking For:

2-4 years of B2B or enterprise sales experience, preferably in IT, media, or events.

Well-established network with CMOs or senior marketing professionals.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in sponsorship sales and working with CXO-level stakeholders.

Self-driven and comfortable taking ownership of targets and outcomes.
