Summary: As a Sales Management Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering the sales plan and growing the sales team. Your typical day will involve working with the leadership teams and CALs within your CG, MU, Market or Services to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales enablement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales enablement initiatives, including training, tools, and resources. - Lead the development and delivery of sales training programs to improve the effectiveness of the sales team. - Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members to improve their performance and achieve their targets. - Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong understanding of sales enablement strategies and techniques. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software sales and sales management. - Proven track record of delivering sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in sales enablement. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in business, marketing, or a related field. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
