Sales Leader

Location: Pune

Reporting To: Directors & CEO


Role Summary

We are looking for a P&L-driven leader to scale our digital, creative, and technology services business. The role focuses on new client acquisition, revenue growth, solution selling , and driving end-to-end business performance across marketing, design, performance marketing, SMM, website development, custom software development, and software product services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own P&L, revenue, margins, and growth strategy.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and build a predictable sales pipeline.
  • Sell integrated solutions across creative, marketing, web/app development, and software services .
  • Lead client pitches, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Identify new markets, sectors, and partnership opportunities.
  • Work closely with delivery, creative, and tech teams for smooth handover and execution.
  • Build and strengthen long-term client relationships.
  • Set up sales processes, reporting, CRM discipline, and performance dashboards.


Ideal Profile

  • 10+ years in digital agency, creative services, IT services, or SaaS.
  • Strong hunter mindset with hands-on sales and solution-selling experience.
  • Experience selling marketing + tech + creative combined solutions.
  • Excellent communication, commercial acumen, and client management.
  • Proven ability to scale revenues and own P&L responsibility.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment.

Consistent new client acquisition with healthy deal sizes.

Predictable sales pipeline and revenue visibility.

Improved margins through better pricing and solution packaging.
