Job Description

VBeyond Digital is seeking a senior, high-impact Sales Leader to build and scale our Global Capability Center (GCC) service line from India. This is a hunter role, focused on new logo acquisition, market creation, and revenue growth.

The individual will own the end-to-end sales charter for GCC services, including market strategy, pipeline creation, deal closure, and the building and mentoring of a dedicated GCC-focused sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold complex, consultative services to global enterprises and understands how organizations evaluate, build, and scale GCCs in India.



Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Market Growth (Hunter Focus)

  • Own new logo acquisition for GCC services across target geographies (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East).
  • Build and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for GCC offerings (Build-Operate-Transfer, captive setup, managed GCCs, hybrid models, etc.).
  • Create and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline, from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Lead CXO-level conversations (CEO, CFO, CIO, CHRO, Global Business Heads).
  • Close large, multi-year, high-value deals with global enterprises.

2. GCC Service Line Ownership

  • Act as the sales face of the GCC service line, working closely with delivery, operations, HR, legal, and finance teams.
  • Translate client business objectives into custom GCC solutions (location strategy, talent models, cost optimization, scalability, governance).
  • Provide market feedback to leadership to refine offerings, pricing, and positioning.

3. Team Building & Leadership

  • Build, hire, and lead a team of junior and mid-level sales professionals focused exclusively on GCC services.
  • Coach and mentor the team on enterprise selling, value-based selling, and consultative sales.
  • Set sales targets, define KPIs, and establish performance management frameworks.
  • Foster a high-performance, hunter-driven sales culture.

4. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem

  • Develop relationships with industry bodies, consultants, advisors, and ecosystem partners relevant to GCCs.
  • Identify partnership opportunities that can accelerate market entry and deal flow.
  • Represent the company at industry forums, GCC events, and leadership roundtables.


Key Skills & Experience

Mandatory

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, services sales, or consulting-led sales.
  • Proven success in hunting and closing new logos in complex, long sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of GCC / captive center / global delivery models in India.
  • Experience selling to large global enterprises across industries.
  • Ability to operate independently and build a market from scratch.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in IT services, engineering services, consulting, BPM, or digital services.
  • Exposure to BOT, managed services, or large transformation deals.
  • Experience in building and leading sales teams.
  • Strong network within enterprise decision-makers and GCC ecosystem.
