About the Role
Were looking for a revenue-driven, execution-focused Sales Leader to scale our Tech Contractual Staffing vertical. This role combines strategic business development with delivery ownership and is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, understands staffing P&L, and can independently build and expand client accounts.
What Youll Do
- Identify and acquire new clients across IT, Product, and Engineering domains
- Drive contractual staffing business across startups and enterprise clients
- Own revenue targets and P&L for the vertical
- Build a strong pipeline and consistently close staffing contracts
- Negotiate commercials, MSAs/SOWs, and rate cards
- Develop long-term, strategic client partnerships
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of contractual tech roles
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure quality, speed, and fulfillment
- Monitor SLAs, delivery metrics, and client satisfaction
What Were Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Tech Staffing or Contractual Hiring
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
- Strong network within IT, Product, or Engineering hiring ecosystems
- Deep understanding of staffing commercials, margins, and pricing models
- Experience managing both sales and delivery teams
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and business development skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and accountability
