Role Overview
Were looking for a high-impact Sales Lead / Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, close enterprise deals, and build a scalable sales engine from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end sales targets & revenue growth
- Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
- Define and track sales metrics & performance benchmarks
- Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities
What Were Looking For
- 2-4 years in SaaS / B2B Sales (startup experience preferred)
- Strong track record in closing deals
- Experience in team handling / mentoring (plus)
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ownership & hustle
