Role Overview

Were looking for a high-impact Sales Lead / Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, close enterprise deals, and build a scalable sales engine from the ground up.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end sales targets & revenue growth
  • Actively prospect, pitch, and close high-value deals
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team
  • Define and track sales metrics & performance benchmarks
  • Identify new markets, partnerships, and growth opportunities


What Were Looking For

  • 2-4 years in SaaS / B2B Sales (startup experience preferred)
  • Strong track record in closing deals
  • Experience in team handling / mentoring (plus)
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset with ownership & hustle
