About the Role
You'll be the face of our company for homebuyers by driving acquisition, managing relationships end-to-end, and owning outcomes in your assigned micromarket. This isn't a support role; it's a revenue-driving, customer-obsessed position where you'll shape how people experience one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
What You'll Own
- Buyer (customer) acquisition & retention: manage conversion funnels and NPS in your micromarket
- Full listing lifecycle, from market-ready properties to a healthy lead pipeline.
- CRM & relationship management, segmentation, repeat engagement, and referrals.
- Cross-functional collaboration, partner with growth, partnerships & product to test and scale what works.
- Conduct property walkthroughs and consultations, guide buyers through site visits, address queries, and build confidence at every touchpoint.
- Negotiate and close deals to facilitate offer discussions between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
- Track and report micromarket insights, monitor local pricing trends, inventory movements, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market.
- Drive post-sale experience, ensure seamless handoffs and follow-ups post-closure to generate referrals and long-term loyalty.
- Onboard and qualify leads, assess buyer intent, budget fit, and readiness to prioritize the highest-value opportunities in your pipeline.
Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years in customer-facing sales, account management, or a revenue-driving role
- Proven track record of hitting metrics conversions, retention, NPS in a D2C Sales Capacity
- Strong communicator who can influence across levels and functions
- Startup mindset scrappy, comfortable with ambiguity, fast learner
- Customer-centric at heart, metrics-driven by habit
