Sales Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Leader to build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team. In addition to recruiting, mentoring, and driving team performance, this role carries direct revenue responsibility. The Sales Leader will own and deliver on individual sales targets, actively drive new client acquisition, close strategic deals, and contribute meaningfully to overall gross profit goals.

The Sales Leader will also develop and scale sales processes aligned with the companys revenue objectives, particularly within US IT Staffing and ERP talent solutions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can both build a team and personally lead from the front by delivering measurable sales outcomes while maintaining strong cultural alignment and high hiring standards.

• Sales Strategy & Process Development
• Develop, implement, and optimize structured sales processes.
• Establish scalable frameworks to drive predictable revenue growth.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO to shape sales strategy and execution plans.
• Team Building & Leadership
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and train sales team members.
• Build a performance-driven culture aligned with company values.
• Provide clear guidelines, direction, and measurable objectives for the sales team.
• Performance Management & Accountability
• Conduct regular performance assessments and coaching sessions.
• Track KPIs, revenue targets, and activity metrics.
• Hold the sales team accountable for achieving defined goals and objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Sales Manager/lead or similar role.
• Proven experience managing sales teams, including recruitment and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience setting up and managing sales processes.
• Strong understanding of the US IT Staffing industry, particularly ERP hiring.
• Strong cultural alignment and ability to hire for both performance and culture fit.
