The Opportunity

This is a build-and-scale Sales Lead role for India. You will own revenue growth end-to-endfrom shaping go-to-market strategy to closing enterprise deals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys ownership, and is driven by outcomes rather than titles.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the India revenue number end-to-end
  • Build and close a strong, predictable pipeline of mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Drive full sales cyclesfrom discovery to closure
  • Design India-specific go-to-market strategies aligned to product strengths
  • Personally lead enterprise and strategic deals
  • Run structured, consultative discovery conversations
  • Navigate complex buying processes involving HR, Business, and Tech stakeholders
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally and ensure smooth handoffs post-sale


Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Have

  • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS / HR Tech / Enterprise Software
  • Strong track record of closing large-ticket, consultative deals
  • Hands-on, startup mindset with high ownership
  • Strong strategic thinking with execution discipline
  • Existing network within the HR / enterprise ecosystem

Good to Have

  • Experience selling to CHROs, HR leaders, or business heads
  • Experience building sales processes or GTM motion from scratch

  • Consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue targets
  • Strong brand credibility in the Indian HR Tech market
  • A repeatable sales playbook ready for team scaling
