What Youll Lead

As the Sales Lead for India, you will be at the forefront of commercial growth, responsible for the full end-to-end sales engine across the region. Reporting to the Regional CEO, youll lead Sales, Marketing, Consulting & Advisory, and partner development.


Your mission will include:

Defining and executing the regional sales strategy and annual financial plan

Driving new client acquisition, market penetration, and revenue expansion

Leading a digitally fluent sales organisation powered by CRM automation and data insight

Overseeing the regional marketing agenda to strengthen brand presence and deliver ROI

Managing the Consulting & Advisory function to unlock strategic value and enterprise level engagements

Partnering with Product & Technology to refine solutions using real market insight

Ensuring strong governance, pricing discipline, and commercial integrity

Supporting cross-selling and account growth alongside Customer Success

Representing the region as part of the senior leadership team

What You Bring


Proven success leading regional or national sales teams

  • Proven Experience working in MSP/RPO or GCC environment

Strong B2B enterprise sales experience

A consultative, solutions-driven approach

Ability to navigate matrix environments and influence senior stakeholders

Experience with digital selling, automation, CRM optimisation

A passion for innovation, culture, and customer value

The drive to lead changeour Changemaker mindset
