Sales & Lead generation Specialist

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute targeted strategies for generating high-quality leads in the Food & Beverage industries.
2. Cold Calling & Email Marketing: Perform outbound lead generation through cold calling and email campaigns to engage potential customers.
3. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the US market.
4. Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies with global business objectives.
6. Pipeline Management: Track and manage lead progress in CRM, providing regular updates on sales pipeline and revenue forecasts.
7. Performance Metrics: Set and achieve ambitious lead generation goals, optimizing outreach strategies to maximize conversions.
8. Strategy Implementation: Implement sales and marketing strategies in alignment with global directives and industry standards.
9. This role is pivotal in driving growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Food & Beverage sectors, and achieving long-term business success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Candidate must be from Food and beverage industry
• 3+ years experience in sales/business development and lead generation
• Experience of International Sales in the US Market is preferred
• Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills
• Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
• Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
