Job Description
About the Role:
o As a Business Development Manager, you will be an integral part of the
team led by our Sales Manager. Your primary responsibility is identifying
and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong, long-
term relationships with existing clients in the IT outsourcing industry.
o You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the
companys market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development (Hunting):
o Identify and target potential clients across industries for staffing
solutions.
o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
o Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to
prospective clients.
Account Management (Farming):
o Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
o Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing solutions.
o Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize account potential.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
o Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecasts.
o Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of
resources.
Market Intelligence:
o Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market
dynamics.
o Provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of
offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
35 years of experience in sales/business development within the staffing or
recruitment industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
