Role Overview


We are looking for a Sales Lead with strong SaaS experience to drive top-of-the-funnel growth. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers while working closely with the Sales and Growth teams.


Key Responsibilities


  • Identify and prospect potential customers through outbound channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on ICP and buyer intent
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points and business needs
  • Schedule qualified meetings and hand over opportunities to the Sales/Account Executive team
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
  • Track and report daily/weekly KPIs such as meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline value
  • Continuously improve outreach quality through personalization and data-driven insights


Requirements


  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a SaaS product company
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting and lead qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to understand technical products and articulate value clearly
  • Any degree is acceptable


Good to Have


  • Experience selling AI, B2B SaaS, or tech products
  • Experience working with founders or early-stage startups
