Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and engage mid-sized businesses that align with the product offering.
- Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively to prospects.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry insights.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS/fintech preferred).
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Technical background (B.Tech) and finance knowledge are a plus.
