Join a fast-growing, AI-powered fintech platform building an intelligent operating system for business spenduniting billing, approvals, reimbursements, accounting, and bank payments into one seamless solution. This is a high-impact, frontline role focused on driving revenue growth across the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage mid-sized businesses that align with the product offering.
  • Communicate value propositions clearly and effectively to prospects.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and finance teams.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competition, and industry insights.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS/fintech preferred).
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building from the ground up.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Technical background (B.Tech) and finance knowledge are a plus.
