Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Lead to build, lead, and scale our sales function. This role will own revenue growth, build and lead a team of Sales Specialists, and establish strong sales processes. The role requires a hands-on leader who can personally close deals while mentoring and developing the sales team. You will work closely with the Founder and senior leadership team members to build and execute sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Own overall as well as individual revenue targets and sales performance
Develop and execute a sales strategy for each business unit including the U.S. business unit
Define ideal target client profiles, lead generation, and conversation/engagement models
Hire, train, and manage a team of Sales Specialists
Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks
Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions
Personally manage strategic, high-value, or complex client conversations
Act as the voice of the client internally to improve service offerings and client experience
Collaborate with the technology team to build scalable sales processes
Who Were Looking For
You carry infectious high energy
Have 34 years of experience in B2C sales or business development
Proven experience building and leading sales teams
Ability to grasp and explain complex financial, tax, or advisory concepts
Excellent communication skills
Compensation
CTC: 12,00,000 per annum + Incentives (No cap)
