Summary: As a Sales Lead, you will drive the sales process and outcomes on a dedicated basis, growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations, and closure. You will be responsible for managing the sales team and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Your typical day will involve strategizing and planning sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Manage and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies and plans. - Identify new business opportunities and potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Negotiate and close sales deals. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities. - Provide guidance and support to the sales team. - Monitor and report on sales performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives. - Stay updated with industry developments and best practices. - Train and mentor junior sales professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pipeline Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with CRM software. - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales Pipeline Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
