Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Professional - Home Automation
We're looking for a self -driven B2B sales pro with 2-4 years of experience to join our client. You'll identify and research potential business clients in the home automation space, focusing on builders and architects.
Key responsibilities:
- Network with builders, architects, and industry stakeholders to generate leads
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company and individual sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Work on CRM software to manage leads, track sales, and analyze performance
- Build and mentor a team around you
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in home automation or construction industry.
- Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of building a team
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Zoho a plus)
- Own two-wheeler and willing to travel
