The Challenge
We are looking for an ambitious intern to help us scale. Your mission is simple but critical: Find the schools that need us, tell our story in innovative ways, and turn conversations into partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Outreach & Lead Gen: Identify, research, and reach out to decision-makers (Principals, Trustees, and Academy Directors) in the Bengaluru region and beyond.
- Innovative Marketing: Move beyond "boring" sales pitches. You will design and execute creative outreach strategiesthink educational webinars for teachers, LinkedIn "thought leadership" content, and viral-ready demos of our AI Tutors.
- Field Engagement: Visit schools and academies for product demonstrations, representing Scholete AI at the grassroots level.
- Strategy Development: Work directly with the founders to brainstorm new ways to acquire customers (e.g., pilot programs, referral loops, or community-based marketing).
- Funnel Management: Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring every lead is nurtured with high-quality follow-ups.
Qualifications
- The "Hustle" Mindset: You aren't afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a school to strike up a conversation.
- Marketing Savvy: You understand how to use social media (LinkedIn, Instagram) and digital tools to build a brand voice.
- AI Productivity: Proficiency in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva Magic, etc.) to create marketing collateral and automate your own sales outreach.
- Strong Communication: Ability to explain complex technology (like AI Tutors) in a way that is simple, relatable, and exciting for educators.
- Problem Solver: You can look at a "no" and figure out a new angle to get a "yes."
- Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
