Shift: 10 AM to 7.00 PM IST, Monday to Friday

Education: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred)
Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team and promote our cybersecurity training courses to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, cybersecurity, and education, and be skilled in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best educational solutions. You will play a key role in expanding the reach of our cybersecurity training programs and helping students take the next step in their careers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads for cybersecurity courses among students, academic institutions, and related organizations.
- Identify potential students and assess their interest in advancing their careers with a cybersecurity qualification.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, benefits, pricing, and enrollment procedures to prospective students.
- Follow up on leads via calls, emails, and other communication channels to nurture relationships and close sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with trends and developments in cybersecurity and education to effectively answer questions and address student concerns.
- Track and report on sales performance, goals, and key metrics to management.
- Assist with onboarding new students, ensuring they have all the necessary information to start their courses.
- Attend educational fairs, webinars, and industry events to promote the courses and build a network of potential students.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the education, technology, or cybersecurity sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade prospective students.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity topics or a keen interest in learning about them.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities at once while meeting deadlines.
- Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
- Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their career goals.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in technology or cybersecurity.
- Prior experience in selling online courses or educational programs.
- Knowledge of current trends in cybersecurity and related industries.
- A network within educational institutions or the cybersecurity community is a plus.
