3. Strong Communication Skills
Excellent spoken English & Hindi are mandatory. Proficiency in regional languages (Gujarati, Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Punjabi, etc.) is a big advantage depending on the geography you support.

You Will Intern Under an Expert Franchise Development Manager
You will assist your manager in franchise closures and gain real, hands-on sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell franchise opportunities from leading national and regional brands.
- Advise entrepreneurs and match them with best-fit franchise models.
- Conduct virtual meetings, negotiate, and close franchise deals across India.
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Maintain sales reports on Excel and coordinate efficiently with the FranchiseBazar team.
What You Will Learn (and Need to Bring)
- Powerful consultative selling & negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking across multiple business categories
- Fluency in English + Hindi, and ideally one regional language
- Ability to understand investments, business plans, and franchise models
- Bachelors/Masters in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or Entrepreneurship preferred
